Position Overview As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and some personal support. This is a dynamic position that goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, offering opportunities to be involved in some exciting projects and events. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage schedules, organise meetings, handle correspondence, and prepare documents and reports. Relationship Management: Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders, contributing to negotiations and fostering strong partnerships. Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring they align with organisational culture and objectives. Trusted Advisor: Serve as a reliable partner, offering insights and recommendations on various business matters. Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office tools (e.g., MS Office, G Suite) and familiarity with communication and task management software. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
