About the Role This is a key leadership position ideal for an experienced Data Scientist with a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams. You’ll be responsible for leading the Data Science function, overseeing impactful projects, and shaping the company’s data strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure data-driven insights are at the heart of every decision. What They’re Looking For A strong background in Data Science (5 years experience) with a proven track record in classical machine learning and exposure to LLMs and multimodal data. Experience in a fast-paced, ideally venture-backed, software product environment. Excellent statistical and analytical skills with a knack for solving complex problems. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Scientists. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical 1 audiences.
