From optimizing paid ads to launching creative initiatives, you’ll be at the core of our growth engine. Key Responsibilities Campaign Mastery : Scale and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other channels. Data-Driven Insights : Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Mixpanel to uncover growth opportunities and refine strategies. Experimentation : Run rapid A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize acquisition and retention. Creative Innovation : Develop high-converting ad copy and collaborate on impactful creative assets. Brand Amplification : Drive growth through influencer partnerships, PR, and organic social strategies. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, and external consultants to align growth efforts with company goals. What You Bring Proven experience scaling paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media). Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel. Expertise in UTM tracking, A/B testing, and growth hacking strategies. A creative, results-driven mindset with a hunger for experimentation. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
