EM Systems Integration Engineer Work Location: Hertfordshire (able to offer a relocation package) Position Type: Permanent, Flexible (minimum 3 office days) Core Duties: Design and validate electronic system architectures Lead system integration activities across multiple platforms Develop technical requirements and specifications Conduct threat analysis and performance modelling Collaborate with suppliers on system components Create and maintain system documentation Perform verification and validation testing Guide technical design reviews and assessments Support capability roadmap development Coordinate with international technical teams Manage system requirements using specialized tools Conduct electromagnetic performance analysis Requirements: Strong systems engineering background Experience in weapon systems design/validation or complex systems development Full engineering lifecycle experience Systems integration expertise Understanding of Electromagnetic Countermeasures Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) Must be a British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship DV clearance required
