About the Role As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will take a hands-on leadership role, managing a talented team of engineers while driving the architecture and implementation of complex technical infrastructure. Your work will align technical solutions with broader organizational goals, leveraging state-of-the-art cloud, data, and orchestration technologies. Key Responsibilities for the Lead Systems Engineer Lead and mentor a high-performing systems engineering team. Manage and deliver complex infrastructure projects from design to deployment. Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance system capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and develop preventative strategies. Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards. What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud. Experience with core cloud systems (CPU, GPU, HPC) Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker. Experience with data management systems (e.g., Databricks, Apache Airflow, BigQuery). Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
