About the Role As a Senior Location Analytics Consultant, you will: Collaborate with clients across sectors like retail and FMCG to analyse data and identify optimal locations for new stores. Use tools like Alteryx and SQL to manage, integrate, and analyse large datasets, including customer, demographic, and third-party data. Explore statistical relationships and conduct performance analytics for existing estates to inform strategic recommendations. Communicate insights effectively through storytelling and client-facing presentations, helping businesses understand their customers and markets. Potentially take on line management responsibilities after embedding in the role for six months, depending on your preferences and team structure. About you Have 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, consultancy, or location analytics, ideally within retail or a related field. Comfortable working with big datasets and drawing actionable insights. Alteryx and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. SQL knowledge Have experience or an interest in GIS/location analytics , with an understanding of catchment areas, demographics, and geography. Are inquisitive and consumer-focused, with the ability to see beyond the numbers to the business implications. Enjoy working in a client-facing role , presenting data-driven stories that impact real-world decisions.
