Commercial Business Partner | Leading plc | Warrington (Hybrid) | £45 - £55k bonus Neos Global Search is partnering with one of the most recognisable UK brands at Group level in the form of a calibre Commercial Business Partner. The successful candidate will have a broad remit, sitting in the pocket in-between the sales and commercial teams. The individual is ultimately tasked with driving profit margin across the business through leading on a number of high-impact commercial processes. Key deliverables: Lead on key commercial processes of pricing strategy, market analysis and wider market and competitor activities Partner with sales, bids and commercial teams to identify game-changing initiatives to maximise company profitability Face-off with the Sales teams and key stakeholders to fully scope the specific customer and buyer motivators, objectives and customer life cycles ensuring that the company proposal is clearly aligned to these requirements Deep-dive commercial analysis of bids, tenders and commercial contracts to develop value adding, solutions-based strategy which differentiate the company from its competitors Build lasting relationships and influence senior leadership teams on efficiencies and savings To review underperforming areas and ensure that with operational management a performance plan is put in place Experience required: A track record of partnering with sales and bids teams The ability to challenge the status quo and face-off with senior stakeholders Experience of business-partnering within a fast-paced entrepreneurial business Financially and commercially savvy, with demonstrable track record in driving business performance Note this is not a remote role. 2/3 days on site at UK HQ
