Commercial Valuation Surveyor

Role: Associate Director – Commercial Valuation Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance and package Location: Oxford – Hybrid working We are working in partnership with a leading general practice consultancy firm who are looking to make a key appointment within their Valuation team based in Oxfordshire. The business has a long standing and loyal client base with an interesting and varying valuation case load. Person specification: MRICS qualified / Registered Valuer – essential Experience in secured lending valuation work Market facing, good client management skills Ability to manage and prioritise workload The role Carrying out a variety of Valuation and consultancy work on behalf of banks, private investors, debt providers and developers. Instructions include commercial loan security reports, valuations for accounting purposes, asset valuations and valuation / appraisal work for residential development schemes and build stock.
