Senior Fashion Designer -Gothic/Punk brand

We have partnered with a innovative reactive fashion brand with a gothic/ punk handwriting, who requires a multi product fashion designer. The designer for this brand must bring newness and design vision, as well as understanding the commercial needs of the business. You will have an in-depth knowledge of the requirements of working on wovens and jerseys, and multi product, and graphic design would also be beneficial Your role will be to produce inspiration research, mood boards, technique developments, designs/details and illustrator sketches, supporting the creative design process from start to finish. Key Duties & Responsibilities Research new shapes, ideas, trends and concepts, themes, colours, fabrics. Produce inspiring mood boards. Produce exciting collection designs Report to and support the Head of Design Passion for punk, gothic handwriting Strong background in multi-product design Produce detailed technical design illustrations and specs. Clearly handover the collection to both Development and Production team, ensuring that key design details are translated. Experience Required 2 years minimum fashion design Ability to adapt to changing market Licensing experience would be beneficial Strong proficiency in in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, and Microsoft Office Have an outstanding portfolio demonstrating a versatile handwriting with experience working on several types of apparel products Strong team player apply to the role with your cv and email your PORTFOLIO & CV to Sarahbloom-search.co.uk
