Export Operator - Heathrow Established over 40 years ago, our client is a global organisation providing freight forwarding & logistics services to a range of sectors including automotive, healthcare, technology and industrial. They have more than 80 offices across the world and have seen a period of fast-growth over the past seven years; they are looking to continue this growth trend across Europe more specifically, and are now looking for an Export Operator to join their team to oversee the day-to-day operations of their clients’ imports & exports. This is an office-based opportunity in Heathrow. Responsibilities Oversee & coordinate the day-to-day import & export of products on behalf of a range of clients Track & relay information surrounding any potential delays, damages or wider concerns Ensure all shipments are appropriately billed according to company terms and conditions Comply with all regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure for streamlined processes & services Offer a first-class approach to customer service & satisfaction Manage any wider operational activities that fall in-line with day-to-day working The Successful Candidate 2 years’ experience within export operations Experience within freight forwarding businesses is essential Commutable to Heathrow daily Export Operator Package Basic salary: £40,000 Annual bonus opportunities Healthcare options Pension options Laptop & mobile phone provided 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
