General Manager - Independent Restaurant & Bar - Up to £50,000 The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on General Manager to join a dynamic independent restaurant and bar group, with 8 sites in the company. We are looking for someone with a bright and bubbly personality who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous experience as a GM is a must for this role. Key Responsibilities: Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service at all times Driving business growth through marketing, promotions, and customer engagement Implementing and maintaining operational standards, including health and safety Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and building strong relationships with guests Managing financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control Key Requirements: Previous experience in a General Manager role, preferably within a restaurant or bar Experience with table service is essential A bubbly, energetic personality with strong leadership skills Hands-on, proactive approach to management
