About the Role: You’ll serve as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless project delivery and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated communications programmes, including virtual and face-to-face meetings, advisory boards, medical education initiatives, and more. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships, providing strategic advice and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Oversee the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Lead meetings and presentations, representing the agency as a trusted partner. Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations to maintain financial control. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
