Duties and responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end claims, including lodgement, assessment, and resolution. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders Providing expert advice on complex claims and identifying optimal outcomes. Collaborating with brokers and underwriters to address client needs. Monitoring claim progress to ensure timely and effective resolution. Identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements. We are looking for someone with: We’re searching for a driven and knowledgeable professional with Proven experience in claims management, particularly in motor, property, and liability claims. A deep understanding of insurance policies and procedures. Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
