Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of client systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues and projects. Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference. What Our Client Is Looking For: Proven experience in an MSP environment. Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. A proactive attitude with a keen desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
