Located in Fountaindale on the Central Coast, they are looking for a motivated individual to join the team About The Opportunity As a Replenishment Specialist , you will play a critical role in the production team, ensuring goods are efficiently prepared for distribution. Your responsibilities will include: Efficiently packing inventory to meet specific requirements Maintaining quality output and adhering to safety compliance Managing time and waste effectively Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the work environment Communicating effectively with the Production team Assisting in quality control by packaging and labeling according to established standards About You The successful candidate will have: Warehouse experience (preferred but not essential) Intermediate computer skills with a focus on efficiency A strong motivation to participate in and develop high-performance processes The physical capability to perform tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to participate in medical and police checks prior to commencing employment It would also be desirable if you have: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) software Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel A Food Handling/Supervisor Certificate Experience in a small to mid-sized business setting What's in it for You?
