SAP experience would be a nice to have Monitor and support all applications to ensure high availability and performance to meet SLA requirements Understanding to ticketing system such as JIRA A strong communicator with solid experience working in Agile squads Ability to manage multiple priorities, whilst delivering quality outcomes to deadlines Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain a quality assurance program Basic understanding of IT architecture, both infrastructure and applications
