O&M Site Supervisor (Wind) - Burgos

We are looking for an O&M Site Supervisor (Wind) to join our technical team to help us manage the solar power plants located in Burgos region. ✅ Functions & Responsibilities: O&M Project Management and Supervisory Expertise : Overseeing and managing the operation and maintenance (O&M) of medium to large-scale wind farms, ensuring that all activities align with the contractual scope, meet HSE requirements, and focus on performance and safety. Technical Knowledge and Maintenance Strategy : Strong background in the operation and maintenance of wind farms, with expertise in O&M contracts (LTSA), working with major OEMs like Vestas, GE, and Siemens-Gamesa, and an understanding of maintenance strategies, asset performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting: Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders, preparing technical reports, coordinating works, and assessing risks and opportunities in collaboration with asset managers and contractors. Operational and Organizational Skills: Coordinate multiple crews, review maintenance plans, read electrical prints, and implement solutions from both technical and organizational perspectives while maintaining strong time management and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience as an O&M Site Supervisor for Wind farm plants. Basic to Intermediate English language proficiency (B1-B2) , Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2) , both written and verbal. Bonus points if you have: Technical Certification/Safety Training in BST/GWO to work in a wind farm. Knowledge on ERP (SAP M-module) and CMMS systems. Why Join Us?
