CRO Analyst

Location: Hybrid (1 day a week in London) Rate: £400 per day (Outside IR35) Role Overview: As a CRO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' digital performance. You will be responsible for analysing user behavior, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimise conversion rates. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work one day a week in a London office. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square. Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation strategies. Monitor and report on the performance of optimisation initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a CRO Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in using Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
