Account Manager - SIPP Pensions

We have a fantastic opportunity for a SIPP Consultant to join a leading investment management firm based in Manchester. As a Senior SIPP Consultant you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients where you will deliver outstanding customer service and use your pension knowledge to provide service to our clients. Key Responsibilities will include: Understanding client needs, expectations and behaviours and provide the appropriate materials/responses to meet those needs. Explaining to clients in depth both the pension accumulation and de-accumulation phases of their SIPP. Act as an escalation point for the SIPP queries team. Communicating effectively and able to translate complex pension rules into terms that resonate with clients. Being an SME within SIPP, maintaining technical expertise and keeping up to date with recent legislation. To apply for this role you must have previous client facing experience dealing with SIPP Pensions and retirements. Those who possess relevant pension qualifications (R04 or equivalent) will be of great interest.
