What you’ll do Run our Sales Estimating and Project Scheduling team Network across our customer base to find sales opportunities Efficiently manage the team’s workflow from enquiry, through estimating, RFI, scheduling, close-out and handover to Purchasing and Manufacturing Ensure the timely flow of information between customers and the business to support on time in full delivery of projects Diagnose inefficiency, improve, and ensure adherence to proper processes Set priorities and deadlines and manage the allocation of resource across multiple projects What we’re looking for Clear sighted and organised with an ability to lead by example, motivate and managing a team to achieve high performance Well developed project management skills A commitment to improving and policing proper process Quiet, calm confidence and natural authority Proven track record in a similar environment What you’ll get A competitive salary and opportunity to earn commission An energetic, fast-paced work environment An opportunity to demonstrate your ability and rise to the top
