Ocean Freight Specialist - Import and Export - Start to Finish - Experience Required - Basildon We are seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Specialist to join our dynamic team in Basildon. This is a full-cycle role, encompassing both import and export operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end ocean freight processes for imports and exports. Liaise with clients, shipping lines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement. Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices. Monitor shipments, resolve any issues, and provide updates to clients. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in ocean freight operations, covering imports and exports. Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
