Position Overview The Sponsorship Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with commercial brands that share OES's values and goals. This position is key to implementing the Brand Partnership Strategy and driving the company's success in the marketplace. Responsibilities Implement the Brand Partnership Strategy to achieve objectives Identify and acquire high-value partnerships that drive growth Negotiate contracts and cultivate long-term relationships with partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership success Track and report on partnership performance and ROI Requirements Proven track record in commercial partnerships from conception to renewal Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex, high-value deals Relationship-driven approach to building trusted, long-term partnerships Experience in growing high-end partnership opportunities Ability to identify opportunities to increase F&B sales through sponsorships Working knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and proper service Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) systems and operations Understanding of relevant Health and Safety Regulations Ideally, a completed Sommelier Wine Course and F&B Certification Proven service experience within a similar environment How to Apply To apply for this position, please send your CV to alextarshpartnership.co.uk, explaining how your skills and experience align with the requirements of the role.
