SENIOR DATA & INSIGHTS ANALYST - OXFORD UP TO £60,000 THE COMPANY We are working with a high-growth, well-established e-commerce business on a pivotal GTM/GA4/SQL Analytics hire. THE ROLE The successful Senior Data & Insights Analyst responsibilities will include: Design, implement, and maintain tagging solutions using Google Tag Manager and GA4 to track user behaviour and business performance Utilise SQL to optimise customer experience through segmentations & A/B testing Collaborate with stakeholders to define data layer requirements and ensure robust tracking implementation across digital platforms. Analyse and interpret large datasets using SQL to provide actionable insights for marketing, product, and operational teams Audit and troubleshoot tagging issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Senior Data & Insights Analyst will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience in tagging implementation using GTM and GA4 for an e-commerce or digital business Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis A solid understanding of digital analytics principles, including attribution models, funnel analysis, and customer journeys Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI A passion for leveraging data to improve business outcomes and the customer experience THE BENEFITS The successful Senior Data & Insights Analyst will receive a salary of up to £60,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
