With an existing team comprising a solicitor and a Chartered Legal Executive, the firm is looking for a driven individual to expand the practice and build on its reputation for excellence. The Role: This leadership role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the department, ensuring its smooth and effective operation while delivering exceptional service to clients. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied caseload of wills, probate, tax and estate planning, and LPAs. Overseeing your own workload and maintaining high standards of client care. Preparing documents, including wills, and providing expert advice tailored to clients' needs. Driving marketing initiatives to promote and grow the Private Client practice. Building and nurturing strong client relationships while expanding the department's reach. Requirements: Ideally 8 years PQE in Private Client work, with a solid track record of success. Enthusiasm and ambition to market and grow Private Client services. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your workload independently and lead a team. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients. A commitment to achieving mutual goals and delivering exceptional client service.
