IT Support Engineer

IT Support/Desktop Support - 3 months - Milton Keynes - £200 to £220 a day What you will be doing: Provide Windows desktop administration (O365, AD, etc) Administer mobile telephones, landline telephones and mobile devices Be the point of contact for any IT support calls and resolve them in a timely fashion Keep up to date with latest IT trends Communicate effectively with users to ensure they know how their issue is progressing What they are looking for: Previous experience in an IT Support role Windows desktop administration experience Excellent communication skills Experience with technologies, such as: O365, Windows 10 and Active Directory.
