Corporate Business Planner Permanent Role (£50,000 - £60,000 PA Benefits) Hybrid (2 days on-site in Basingstoke) Our client is looking for a Corporate Business Planner to support the development and execution of the corporate strategy. This role will focus on ensuring that Directorates have actionable, measurable plans in place to meet corporate objectives, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and the Transformation team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to build and implement strategic business plans aligned with corporate goals. Support the Transformation team to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives. Develop relationships across the business to drive collaboration and ensure consistency in planning. Monitor progress of plans and provide regular updates to senior leaders. Facilitate continuous improvement of the planning process, ensuring plans are realistic, actionable, and measurable. What we’re looking for: Experience in strategic planning and business partnering. Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex information clearly. Proven stakeholder management and communication skills. Background in housing or public sector planning is desirable.
