Account Manager Location: London, hybrid Salary: 35-45k OTE (uncapped) This a great opportunity for a candidate with around 1 year of commercial experience looking for a progressive Account Management position. You will have the chance to look after your own set of clients across a wide range of industries, helping solve key problems across global brands The company: A leading tech company specialising in providing data on the fastest-growing businesses in the UK. The Role: As an Account Manager , you’ll play a vital role in fostering strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. You’ll be engaging with stakeholders across their organisation, you’ll identify opportunities to enhance their subscription through additional features, users, and cross-team integrations—all while ensuring they see lasting value in our platform. Key responsibilities: Building strong client relationships: Maintain regular communication through emails, calls, and in-person meetings. Expanding accounts: Proactively identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling. Driving retention and renewals: Achieve and exceed renewal and retention targets, with rewards for success. Spotting opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales leads within client organizations, collaborating with internal teams as needed. Contributing to product improvement: Collect and share client feedback with our product team to enhance our platform.
