Locum Senior Planning Lawyer London Borough Council £50 - £60 umbrella per hour Hybrid working Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking a Senior Planning Lawyer on an interim basis. The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, however this is likely to be extended on a long-term, rolling basis. There is scope for the role to be worked predominantly remotely, but does require occasional office attendance, and attendance at planning committees. Responsibilities of the Senior Planning Lawyer: Dealing with planning and highways agreements, including complex Section 106 Agreements Assisting with the supervision and upskilling of a junior lawyer Attending Planning Committee meetings The successful candidate will be highly experienced, ideally with some background in local authority, and will have sound knowledge of Planning Committees.
