Qualifications Previous experience as a Welder, with a strong track record of quality welding work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with various welding equipment and techniques. Skills and Attributes Initiative and assertiveness in handling tasks and challenges. Tolerance of stress and ability to remain focused under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Strong multitasking skills and prioritization abilities.
