Senior Category Manager | Capital Delivery | Utilities Brand Up to £70,000 per annum 5% bonus Free onsite parking 17% pension scheme CIPS Sponsorship Sussex (Hybrid/Flexible working) Overview: Talent Drive are pleased to be supporting a growing energy organisation based in Sussex who are looking to welcome an experience Senior Category Manager in Capital delivery, Engineering & Construction. You will manage the development and implementation of robust category and sourcing strategies for a specified range of categories, driving value and minimising total cost of ownership. This organisation believes in positive work life balance and offers a hybrid working model where you will be required in the office 3 days a week in Sussex and the rest will be remote. Requirements: Experience of Construction or Capital Procurement. Experience working with UCR or a regulated procurement environment. Strategic leader. Full end to end procurement process experience. Excellent contract management. Soft skills to manage conflict resolution and objection handling using a range of approaches to influence key stakeholders across all levels. Confidence in leading a strategic purchasing team within a cross functional business. Have significant experience working with leading-practice tools, techniques and processes covering category strategy development. Project management capabilities.
