Mobile Maintenance Electrical Engineer

Your new company Our client are a large, well-known construction business who are a leading infrastructure group based out of the UK. They are hiring a Mobile Maintenance Electrical Engineer to operate on a van mobile basis, with company van provided, to maintain their own commercial offices in London & the surrounding areas. Your new role As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician you will carry out all manner of electrical maintenance and repair duties to a number of commercial properties across London. Key duties will include: PPMs and reactive maintenance Day-to-day electrical repairs (lights, sockets, switchfaces etc.) Fuse boards etc. Breakdowns etc. Plant room repairs and escalations as required. Planned maintenance and checks (emergency lighting etc.) General maintenance where possible (basic plumbing, carpentry etc.) - this is not essential What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in operating as a maintenance electrician within a commercial environment. You will also require: Electrical maintenance experience across all aspects of commercial property Level 3 NVQ or equivalent 18th edition Gold CSCS or proof that you qualify for this (cost to prove can be covered) Full UK driving license What you'll get in return When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a large, well-known multi-national construction business.
