Job Description Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager with project submittals, documentation, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. Candidate will need to visit active construction sites multiple time's a week including early mornings and work out of office during the rest of the work week. We are looking for an ambitious project engineer with a positive attitude, problem solving mindset and a desire to grow in the construction field. Responsibilities Assist with on-site management to ensure project success Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines Track project to keep within budget Responsible for RFI and submittal process Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues Qualifications 1 - 3 years' of experience in construction as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager Good communication skills Comfortability with Google Suite and other software programs Familiarity with reading construction plans and best practices Experience in AutoCad a plus, Bi-lingual a plus About Us: We are a family owned and operated specialty trade contractor working primarily on commercial projects.
