Job Description Job Description Position Summary: A reputable plumbing service company is seeking a skilled and organized Heating & Boiler Supervisor. This role involves overseeing boiler installers and service technicians, coordinating all boiler installation jobs, and ensuring efficient and effective task completion. Key Responsibilities: Team Oversight: Supervise boiler installers and service technicians. Address disciplinary issues as needed. Coordination & Planning: Schedule and organize boiler installation jobs. Conduct site visits to plan and ensure compliance with codes and specifications. Manage logistics to ensure timely job completion. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to field technicians. Ensure after-hours emergencies are covered daily. Client Interaction: Handle escalated client issues. Step in to complete urgent heating calls. Quality Assurance: Review technician notes and material lists. Inspect workmanship to ensure company standards. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry. High proficiency in current DOB plumbing code. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Computer proficiency. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
