As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience, building lasting relationships, and serving our community with pride. Your energy, smile, and hospitality are essential to our success, and we cant wait to welcome you to the team Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude as they enter. Provide menus , answer questions about our drinks, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences. Take and prepare orders following recipes for hot and cold beverages. Process payments (cash and credit cards) and ensure accurate transactions. Keep the bar area clean and organized. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. You Are: A Team Player: You care about the success of others as much as you do your own.
