Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor You will be working for a well established specialist Contractor based in the Dungannon area but with operations across the UK and Ireland. They cover a wide range of projects from Schools, Hospitals to High Rise Apartment blocks. The last 3-4 years have seen capacity increase and turnover rise. The successful candidate will have a variety of roles and responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget. The role will see you involve in in preparing take-offs, rating bills of quantities, helping with tender submission and monitoring costs & procurement. You will have overall responsibility for a small commercial division. You will have at least 5-10 years working as a Quantity Surveyor and have a relevant Degree also. You will be able to manage costs and produce accurate bills of quantities, and hit deadlines.
