Regional Manager

Regional Manager Edinburgh and surrounding areas 53,000 - 60,000 My client are one of the biggest learning disabilities support services in Scotland and they are now looking for a Regional Manager to join their team Reporting into the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the overall operations of the region's services. Responsibilities Continue to develop services, improving the operational functions and growth across the service. To support both care and operational staff in their own professional development. Work with the finance team to support in financial management and oversee budgets. Maintain relationships with the Care Inspectorate, SSSC and the Local Authority. Support the development of policies and procedures. Build relationships with internal and external partners, making the best efforts to always find new ways in improving the quality of the service. To ensure the best possible support is offered to service users. Support staff with training and carrying out appraisals.
