What you'll do: Provide individualised support and care to young people with complex needs. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans. Facilitate positive and supportive relationships within the home. Promote independence and life skills development. Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. We're looking for individuals who: Are passionate about caring for vulnerable young people. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a genuine desire to support young people to achieve their goals. Are flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively as part of a team. Are reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care. Hold a valid UK driving license.
