Strategy Specialist

We are looking for a Strategy Specialist to join our team at AWE Nuclear Security Technologies. Package: £36,180 up to £50,00 dependant on experience Location: RG7 4PR , located between Reading and Basingstoke AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight. We will consider flexible working requests so that your work may fit in with your lifestyle. Just let us know your preferred working pattern on your application. We typically expect a minimum of two days on site but can be up to four occasionally. Introducing the role: This could be a role for someone who is just embarking on a career in Strategy (Business) Analysis and would like to evolve and develop their existing skills. A typical day for a Business Strategy Specialist could look like this: Supporting the development of strategies company-wide Project-managing activities relating to strategic development, including for AWE's senior and Executive leaders Undertaking research and information gathering on business strategies Providing support to the business to support understanding of strategy Leading initiatives in the team's work to drive innovation and build future capability Supporting strategy and board paper development through activities such as content creation, content reviews, editing and presentation Co-ordination and delivery of meetings and workshops, including record capture and content production Researching stakeholders to support or deliver Strategic Services Reviewing materials such as presentations and posters to be used in strategic engagement activity We'd like you to have some of the following experience or qualifications: We recognise that great people don't always 'tick every box'.
