The Role As a School Administrator, you will be a key part of our office team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining accurate student records using SIMS. Handling admissions, attendance, and other administrative processes. Providing efficient front-office support, including answering queries from parents, students, and staff. Coordinating school communications, such as letters, newsletters, and emails. Assisting with the organization of events, meetings, and school activities. Supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks. About You We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who brings professionalism and a positive attitude to the role. You will: Have proven experience as a school administrator, with strong proficiency in SIMS. Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. Be confident in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
