Role Overview We're looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Primary Teachers to support schools across Huddersfield during the winter term and into the new year. Key Responsibilities Classroom Cover : Step into classrooms across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, delivering pre-planned lessons or creating engaging learning experiences where needed. Adaptability : Transition smoothly between schools, embracing a variety of teaching environments. Classroom Management : Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, ensuring students remain focused and supported. Continuity in Learning : Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain learning progression during staff absences. Assessment and Feedback : Provide insightful feedback to schools on students' engagement and progress when appropriate. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) : Newly qualified and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply. Experience : Proven ability to teach in primary settings across various key stages. Flexibility : A readiness to take on assignments at short notice and adapt to new challenges. Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and school leaders.
