Science Teacher - KS3 and KS4 ASAP Start Long-term contract till the end of the academic year Wolverhampton-based Secondary school - Ofsted rated 'Good' 5 days a week Paid to scale - MPS1 to UPS3 (day rate) We are working in partnership with a secondary school in Wolverhampton who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to start ASAP until the end of the academic year. This is a full-time and long-term role for the term with the potential of going permanent. This school has a brilliant team ethos, exceptional SLT support and a welcoming nature. Your new role Delivering engaging and creative Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback. Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT's welcome to apply. Recent experience teaching Science at secondary school level. The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members. DBS on the update service (or willing to pay for a new one). References to cover the last 2 years of teaching.
