It would ideally suit a candidate who is already experienced in Production or Machine Operation - with a background in Food Production. Monday - Saturday Hours:37.5 hours, five shifts per week Start Times: Vary based on role - from 05:00 Your Development Journey: Process Operative Training (4-6 months) Start as a trainee on the external tanker bay, ensuring the safe, hygienic intake of raw milk. Complete practical, hands-on training alongside studying for a Level 2 Food Safety & HACCP qualification. Process Operative Development Progress to the full Process Operative role with opportunities to advance further as a Process Technician. Train on the internal tanks, focusing on the pasteurisation process and achieving a Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP qualification. Key Responsibilities: Safely intake, control, and process products in a hygienic environment. Prepare and operate machinery (including CIP equipment) in line with company standards and food safety legislation. Monitor health, safety, and hygiene levels while maintaining clear communication across teams. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and ensure an efficient workflow. What Were Looking For: Experience in food production is ideal, but proactive candidates with precision and accuracy in fast-paced environments will be considered. Ability to work methodically and pay attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing demands. Note: Due to food hygiene standards, only one solid wedding band is permitted. Jewelery, makeup, perfumes, and strong deodorants are not allowed in factory areas.
