Brook Street Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Helpdesk Administrator. If you have vast administrative experience and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum Shifts: Monday - Friday (Rotation) 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Location: Peterborough - Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) Benefits: Private healthcare BUPA Holiday buy back scheme Employee discounts 23 days holidays plus Bank Hols Hybrid Working No weekends Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external clients. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, escalating as necessary. Assist less experienced team members and provide guidance where needed. Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Ensure efficient and effective administrative support within the helpdesk. Essential Requirements: Extensive administrative experience (the more, the better). Helpdesk or technical support experience is preferred. Ability to hit the ground running and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A positive, problem-solving attitude.
