I am looking for a residential property solicitor looking to prioritise career development and growth to join a strong firm with offices across Shropshire. My client are looking for a friendly and ambitious individual to take on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactional matters, and to play a key role in the growth of my clients highly regarded property team. Candidates will demonstrate a willingness to engage in business development and networking opportunities on behalf of the firm, and to play a role in the development of more junior employees. A typical caseload consists of: High value sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property Lease Extensions First Registrations Remortgages Equity release Transfers This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of matters, and to demonstrate leadership skills with a view to progressing as a leading figure within the department in the future. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Flexible working arrangements available
