About the role: Join the vibrant Administration Projects team as a Pensions Project Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity and perfect for individuals with experience in Pensions administration or pension project roles, especially within the public sector. Key responsibilities include: GMP Rectification / Equalisation - addressing Guaranteed Minimum Pension discrepancies. Buy-in / Buy-outs - facilitate pension scheme buy-in and buy-outs. Data Cleansing - ensure the accuracy and integrity of pension data. Ad hoc projects - Manage various projects including scheme closures, benefit rectifications, and liability reduction exercises. McCloud Implementations - Oversee public sector pension benefit rectification across police, MOJ and LGPS pension schemes. Pension Dashboard - contribute to the development and implementation of pension dashboards. Keys skills and experience required: Experience working in a similar projects role dealing with Defined Benefit schemes. Project management experience including - planning, managing, tracking, and deliver project revenue. Experience dealing with either GMP, buy-in/ buy-outs or pension dashboard Excellent communication skills - be able to confidently explain complex data issues to internal and external stakeholders. Strong excel skills - the abilityto manipulate spreadsheet data using formulas, such as Index, V-look up, Pivot table.
