Coffee Field Service Engineer

Job Advert: Field Service Coffee Engineer Location: Belfast Salary: €40,000 per year Overtime Working Hours: 1 Weekend in 4 We are looking for a talented and driven Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our dynamic team in Belfast . If you are passionate about coffee and enjoy hands-on technical work, this is a great opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality technical support and maintenance for coffee machines and equipment at various customer sites. Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on commercial coffee machines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients. Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a professional relationship with clients. Maintain accurate service records and report on all completed tasks. Requirements: Previous experience as a field service engineer or in a similar technical support role. A good understanding of coffee machines and related equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Full UK driving license (as travel across Belfast and surrounding areas will be required). Benefits: Competitive salary of €40,000 per year.
