Field Agent / Letting/Property Management Edinburgh / Salary Guide £23,000 to £26,000 Great chance to be part of this Proactive, ‘forward thinking’ Property Agency. The role of Field Agent is a new role made available within the team, due to the continued growth in portfolio under management, as well as the overall success enjoyed by the business. Reporting to the applicable Company Director, the Field Agent will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager with ensuring that the portfolio under management is both compliant and well-maintained to the acceptable and high standards expected. The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and take great pride in their own service delivery and output. They will also have an awareness and desire to help minimise client expenditure and maximise their property/portfolio performance when possible. Ideally the successful candidate will hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the Private Residential Sector. Or have some clear understanding of the Residential Letting/Property Management Sector and a genuine eagerness to learn and move forward. The candidate must hold a full clean driving license. Excellent IT Skills Great communication, strong time management and organizational skills ‘Team Player’ Fantastic Customer Service The role of Field Agent will evolve and adapt along with the growth and success of the business, and the successful applicant would be expected to be flexible in both job role and duties. The Role · Ensure routine inspections are carried out at all properties within the portfolio, in conjunction with company set time schedule. · Attend and document Inventories & Move Out inspections, as and when required. · Travel to all cities within the service locations as and when required. · Provide highest level of customer service, in line with Company standards, to all customers, including Investors, Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. · Liaise with applicable councils to schedule required inspections to help protect HMO license conditions. · As dictated in busy periods, assist team in conducting viewings with prospective tenants for new Property Lets. · Prompt and efficient communication to all customers at all times, whilst ensuring all system requirements are up to date and accurate. Responsibility of key client data, as well as company projects must not be shared with others that could provide detrimental to the business.
