Production Operative

Production Operative (Food Factory) Location: Crediton Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:15am 3:00pm Pay: £11.44 per hour We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Crediton. This role is based in a fast-paced food production environment and is physically demanding, so candidates must be prepared for a physically challenging role and must be able to follow instructions of a recipe with different measurements. Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery and ensuring smooth production processes. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in line with food safety regulations. Packing and preparing products for distribution. Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and organised workspace. Requirements: Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding role. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Excellent time management and reliability. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not essential.
