Job Description
HNS Pharma are market leaders in the wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products to a large portfolio of export customers located across the globe. The company is in its 13 th year of business and has a strong and well-respected presence within its market. As a fast-growing business the company is pushing to expand its global footprint and are looking to fill an administration position within its MENA sales department. The candidates duties will be to directly support the department manager and help to relieve administrative pressures. The position is fast paced and will require a quick and methodical approach. Our team is young, dynamic, and hungry and the successful candidate will require similar attributes and drive. Role & Duties: Data Entry/Filing Answering Incoming Calls Compiling Quotations Raising Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices Completing Export Documents Communicating with suppliers Providing order status updates to customers Logistical planning for imports & exports Requirements: Impeccable Organization Methodical Thinking Fluent in English Great Communication Skills Calm Under Pressure Hardworking and Dedicated Strong computer skills in the complete Microsoft Office package ADZN1_UKTJ
