The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Oxford office at Senior Associate level. Minimum of 5 years PQE. The department specialise in all areas of commercial property and acts for a wide range of clients including developers, retailers, banks and lending institutions. Purchase, sale and development of commercial property Good quality investment, development work and asset management Complex landlord and tenant and advice Secured lending/property finance Acquisition disposals Acting on behalf of high-profile banks and developers This role will provide you an exemplary opportunity to further your career in a supportive and collegiate work environment, offering a broad diet of interesting work and healthy work/life balance.
